A sweet friend of mine messaged me and asked me to make her wedding cake, and once again, I couldn't say no. I made her brother's wedding cake in October 2020, and it was an honor to be able to make hers.
She wanted a Red Velvet Semi-Naked cake, along with some Gluten Free Chocolate Cupcakes. I love how a red velvet naked cake looks. It's such a unique and warm look, and it went perfect with her blush pink and burgundy accent colors.
These two tied the knot at the cutest little venue in downtown Southern Pines, and their wedding day weather was beautiful. So thankful for this day.
I don't do too many events any more, but I really enjoyed being able to be a part of Elizabeth and Owen's wedding. This job is really, really neat.
