Madalyn messaged me about a unique wedding idea, and I absolutely loved it. I love being able to step out of my comfort zone and make a special request happen.
Madalyn and Brett love cheesecake, and they wanted to do an all-cheesecake dessert bar for their guests. I was totally down for this idea.
She wanted one large cheesecake for her and her brand new husband to cut - they chose a classic, vanilla bean cheesecake topped with a salted caramel drip.
We had individual cheesecakes for each guest to enjoy.
Mini Cheesecake Flavors:
- Vanilla Bean Cheesecake with Whipped Cream
- Vanilla Bean Cheesecake with Mixed Berry Compote
- Salted Caramel Cheesecake topped with Caramel and Sea Salt
- Chocolate Cheesecake topped with Whipped Cream and Chocolate Crumbs
It was a beautiful, chilly November day. I loved being able to help them celebrate. What a happy, long anticipated day.
