What a beautiful day we had. We celebrated the marriage of Noah and Stephanie and had such a sweet time.
Saturday, October 10, 2020, was a beautiful day. A bit chilly, slightly rainy, but it was definitely a perfect, North Carolina fall day.
Noah and Stephanie’s closest friends and family gathered together to celebrate their new marriage in the most special, memorable, and intimate way.
I had the amazing privilege of creating their vision of the perfect wedding cake. They both decided on two flavors and wanted a two-toned naked wedding cake. I would have never thought to do this, but I love the way it turned out. The deep, rich chocolate mocha cake matched their bright sunflowers perfectly.
And, as many brides are choosing these days, we had two flavors of cupcakes for the guests to devour. They chose mocha and vanilla, both with classic vanilla buttercream.
I also made gluten free chocolate cupcakes for the gluten free guests, myself included! Chocolate cake is such a weakness.
I mean, every wedding needs cake. So thankful that I was able to be a part of this beautiful day for these sweet friends.
